“Chris is a loving family man and his views and values reflect and encourage a better future for Tosa schools. I have had the opportunity to discuss our community and our schools at length with Chris. He’s a concerned parent, and wants nothing but the best and safest schools for all our children. He wants Wauwatosa to be a model and destination that attracts, retains and celebrates great educators.

We believe one of the most important measures of a community is the strength of its schools. Wauwatosa should demand its schools be of the highest caliber and at the highest end of Wisconsin’s school ratings. While a lofty aim, Chris will push and encourage the board to establish a clear plan to realize this goal. 

Last, but certainly not least, he takes taxpayer contributions and publicly funded budgets seriously. He will demand transparency and accountability from the board and superintendent. I am confident with Chris on our board our community will not be searching for answers as to where millions of unaccounted taxpayers dollars went at the end of a budget cycle.

So, do our students, teachers and community a real favor and vote Chris Merker for school board this April.”
